Who is This Program For:
- The Beginner or Intermediate Weightlifter
- CrossFitters looking to improve their performance in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk
- Anyone looking to build a strong foundation in the Olympic Lifts using basic fundamental Complexes and Progressions to improve overall performance
Equipment Requirements:
- Barbell & Bumper Plates
- Squat Rack
- Pull Up Bar
- Access to Dumbbells/Kettlebells
- Jerk Blocks - Not Required (nice to have)
Program Details:
- Heavy use of Complexes and Full Lifts
- Limited Accessory Strength Training
- Can be used as the Primary Strength Training for HybridRx or combined with a Conditioning Based program
Prior to starting the program it is useful to know your 1 Rep Max for the following lifts:
- Snatch
- Clean & Jerk
- Jerk
- Back Squat
- Front Squat
- Overhead Squat
- Strict Overhead Press
- Push Press
