Equipment Requirements:

  • Barbell & Bumper Plates
  • Squat Rack
  • Pull Up Bar
  • Access to Dumbbells/Kettlebells
  • Jerk Blocks - Not Required (nice to have)

Program Details:

  • Heavy use of Complexes and Full Lifts
  • Limited Accessory Strength Training
  • Can be used as the Primary Strength Training for HybridRx or combined with a Conditioning Based program

Prior to starting the program it is useful to know your 1 Rep Max for the following lifts:

  • Snatch
  • Clean & Jerk
  • Jerk
  • Back Squat
  • Front Squat
  • Overhead Squat
  • Strict Overhead Press
  • Push Press
