The HybridRx 6 Week Strength & Conditioning eBook is designed to guide you through 5 training weeks that follow the HybridRx Strength & Conditioning methodology, and then test your progress in week 6 with a classic TrainRx Performance Programming benchmark Week. Each training day consists of focused, proven strength & hypertrophy progressions for the Olympic Lifts, Squat, Press, and Deadlift. Training days also include a wide variety of accessory lifts. Each workout ends with a classic conditioning WOD - AMRAPs, Chippers, & For Time Circuits make up the extensive Mixed Modal Conditioning pieces throughout the program.
