Who is This Program For:
- Designed for anyone who has access to limited equipment
- For anyone who wants the ability to follow classic CrossFit or Strength & Hypertrophy training while only using limited amounts of equipment
- Perfect for anyone training in their home or on the road (perfect for hotel gyms)
Program Details:
- Members can choose between the Strength & Hypertrophy Track or Conditioning Only Track (Classic CrossFit) on a daily basis
- Strength & Hypertrophy Track biases Volume Training tactics and does require access to a wider variety of Dumbbells/Kettlebells for more effective training results
Strength & Hypertrophy Track: Build lean muscle mass, increase general overall strength, and improve muscular endurance with access to minimal equipment. This program uses interval formats and EMOMs to provide a unique, high intensity strength training environment.
CrossFit Track: Improve aerobic capacity and develop anaerobic endurance with classic CrossFit WOD formats and minimal equipment. This track utilizes AMRAPs, Chippers, For Time Circuits, 21-15-9 Rep Schemes, and more to provide you with 30 minutes of high intensity conditioning.
Important information to know:
- Access to a Pull Up Bar, Flat Bench, and Plyo Box is not required but extremely useful.
